Our building has seven consulting rooms and one treatment room. There are administrative offices on the second floor.  The Practice entrance is via electronic doors at the front of the building giving easy access for wheelchair users.  There are disabled person’s toilet facilities.

The Practice aims to deliver high quality care to improve and maintain the health of our patients in a professional and compassionate manner in a modern, safe and friendly setting.

 

All consultations are by appointment only. GP appointments are usually for 10 minutes so.  If you require a longer slot, please ask the receptionist for a double appointment.  Appointments can be made in person, by telephone, or by registering to book appointments on line.  If you are already registered please click on the link to book your appointment patient.emisaccess.co.uk

EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE

The Oxford Centre Hub

Local GP practices are working together to provide some evening and Saturday morning appointments at the Oxford Centre.  You can book an appointment by contacting our reception team during our normal opening hours or by ringing 0191 4862195 when the surgery is closed.  The 111 service can also book appointments for you.

You can order your prescription in the following ways:

  • Hand in, post,or fax (0191 2664028) your order form, clearly marking the items you are requesting.
  • Telephone your request on 0191 2381770. This is a 24/7 answering service and you will hear a recorded message asking you to leave your details and the items required.
  • On-line If you aged 16 or over and have internet access you can request your prescriptions on line.   You will need to register for this service – please contact the surgery for more details
